In case you have a cloud hosting plan with our company and you set up an email address in your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The feature can be activated when you set up a brand new mailbox or whenever you want later and deactivated just as easily if you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will manage your account. You'll have the option to decide if a backup of the inbound emails will remain on our servers or not. The benefit of this option is that you will always have a backup on your server if something occurs with the other mailbox or maybe it's not active for some reason at the time a message is forwarded. If the option is not enabled, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it can be quite a good idea for it to be enabled just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Forwarding an email address located in our system will be very simple if you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and will also not require you more than several clicks to create. You can do this through the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to monitor the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the emails are going to with a glance. The option can be enabled and disabled for any of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a valuable feature we provide - a backup of the messages being sent through our servers can remain on the server. This way, you will also have a backup of your incoming email messages and you'll not need to worry about loss of any info. If you keep this feature deactivated, you risk losing e-mails should there be an issue with the remote email address.
